Arguably the best short story I’ve ever written, The Indian follows two detectives with very different views of law enforcement as they race to bring down a murdering bank robber who strikes without warning and disappears before anyone can react. It’s a fairly short read at 3300 words, so bookmark it to read over a snack or a cup of coffee and enjoy a tense ride.
